Consultations are by appointment only. Evenings and Sundays are available. You don’t need to miss work to meet with your attorney. Consultations and case preparation are scheduled with flexibility, and this commitment to accessibility continues throughout your entire case.
Note: We accept a limited number of new cases each month to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve.

🔹Paid Consultation WITH AN ATTORNEY
Paid consultations provide focused attorney analysis, document review, and strategic guidance for cases such as:
O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, asylum, VAWA, J-1 waivers, motions to reopen, SEVIS reinstatement, and other complex immigration matters.
Rates:
- $100 – 30-minute Consultation by Zoom
- $150 – 60-minute Consultation In-Person
- $300 – 60-minute Consultation with Document Review
- Consultation fee is credited toward your case if our office is retained within 30 days.
- All consultations must be prepaid to confirm the appointment. Payment secures your reserved time with the attorney and is non-refundable for missed or same-day cancellations.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, notice of at least 24 hours is required to apply your payment toward a new appointment.
Consultation time is for evaluation, guidance, and identifying next steps. A full case strategy develops over time depending on the type of case.
🔹Free EB-1A & eb-2 NIW Qualification Evaluation
Kennedy Law also offers a complimentary qualification evaluation for EB-1A Extraordinary Ability and EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) candidates.

- Published work with citations or professional recognition
- Major awards or memberships in distinguished organizations
- Leadership, judging, or mentoring roles
- Patents, funding, or research with national benefit

If your profile meets the criteria, you’ll be invited to schedule a full consultation to discuss filing strategy and success factors
