Kennedy Law states its EB-1A and EB-2 NIW attorney fees in advance. The fee is flat and includes one RFE response. Payment is staged and held in trust, and if a petition Kennedy Law filed is denied, one new petition is prepared at no additional attorney fee.
Kennedy Law publishes its EB-1A and EB-2 NIW attorney fees so that prospective clients can evaluate the cost of an extraordinary ability or National Interest Waiver petition before the first conversation. The attorney fee is flat, quoted after an evaluation of the record, and includes one response to a USCIS Request for Evidence. Government filing fees, premium processing, translations, and expert opinions are separate and are identified before the engagement begins.
Payment is staged and held in trust. The first two stages are funded at engagement, and the final stage is funded when the first stage is complete and the client authorizes Kennedy Law to proceed. If a petition Kennedy Law prepared and filed is denied, Kennedy Law prepares one new petition at no additional attorney fee, in whichever classification is appropriate after review of the denial, subject to the conditions stated above.
Attorney Tara Kennedy has practiced immigration law since 2001, including approximately eighteen years of experience relevant to EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and related talent-based matters. That work began with non-academic cases involving artists and has since included engineers, executives, physicians, technical professionals, and aviation professionals. Kennedy Law has never limited its extraordinary ability practice to academic researchers or to cases that fit a standardized citation-based model.
